Notarizations:
Each notarized signature or oath is $15

Travel Fees:
San Francisco, northern San Mateo, and most of Marin County: Starting at $45 

​East Bay, Peninsula, west Marin County: Starting at $75 

$15/15 minute waiting fee after first 15 minutes

Loan Signing:
Please contact to request a quote for your loan package.
